Hi my name is Nurani Holland.
This beautiful European looking house has 4 half levels creating a special flow inside the house on this steep sloping site. The house has a vernacular feel to it and is free of toxic timbers. Windows and doors all locally produced from cypress timber.
This modern brutalistic looking "bach" is located in a subdivision at the back of Pohara beach in beautiful Golden Bay near Nelson. Huge sliders allow for maximum indoor/outdoor flow to the shaded decks both at the front and back of the house.
This top quality house at a beautiful location on the Kina Peninsula has views to three sides. The house is entirely build to German standards with German kitchen, AAC solid block work, German pellet burner, Sto plaster, tap ware, windows and doors with roller shutters, under floor heating etc. A natural pool complements the house on the ridge.
The magnificent house is situated high above the pristine Nelson harbour on a small urban section. Access has been carefully carved out of the land, and a podium of concrete blocks forms a solid base for the building.
This affordable 3 bedroom house has been designed on a restricted site due to geotechnical constraints.
This ridge top house located in the "Te Manawa" eco village in the Motueka valley has been cut into the hill and is a great example of site appropriate design.
This house is situated on a north facing ridge in the "Te Manawa" eco village in the Motueka valley. The timber framed Eco house has several different building systems to create a so called hybrid house, which means basically the use of appropriate materials and building systems in the right place, to create a really comfortable home.
This Tasman house has a single sloping roof, resulting in an interesting loft space in the high end of the house.
